Today, the third generation is responsible for continuing the consolidation of the winery. At Bodegas Silvano García, tradition and innovation have been combined to give life to a group of wines that are the fruit of our climate and our land. But also of a very careful vinification and ageing, so that our consumers can enjoy them at their maximum expression. At Bodegas Silvano García we carry out an exhaustive control from the vineyard to the moment of bottling, following the ripening cycle according to the plot and the grape variety, in order to decide the optimum time for harvesting depending on the wine to be made.
